RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

Where item purchased is a course, Customer proof that he/she has applied all the lessons in the course with trading history as evidence.
Where the customer cannot prove they have studied and applied the lessons correctly, there will be no refunds.
