A third way in my opinion will be to start small, and find things out for yourself. Check if the company has smaller packages. Make sure to have studied all their promises, then join with the small package with smaller conditions for earning, and see for yourself if they are true to their promise.

Be sure you know that background of the company, and that they have a track record of keeping to their promises.
